I am humbled to receive this nomination from Wendi at simplychronicallyill.com. I love how positive her blog is. She shares her story with chronic illness but she also shares money saving tips, Inspirational quotes and more! There is something for everyone! Please go take a look at her blog.

Here are her questions for me:

If you could cure one disease, what would it be and why?

Most would expect it to be Migraine but I would actually choose cancer. I have lost so many people to cancer, most recently was my best friend last year.

If you could speak any other language what would it be and why?

Actually, I would pick sign language. During a Hemiplegic Migraine, I can’t communicate very well and it is so frustrating. I can’t imagine not being able to communicate everyday.

If you could do your life over, what is one thing you would change?

I would stop trying to grow up so fast. I would try to enjoy my teen years without trying to be so grown up. I would live in the moment and stop worrying about what is to come.

What is one word you wished you heard more often?

Compassion

The questions for my nominees are:

  1. If you could choose any person from history to be your imaginary friend, who would it be and why?
  2. If you had to eat one meal everyday for the rest of your life what would it be and why
  3. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
  4. If you could give everybody one book, which book would it be and why?

My nominees are:

The World Seems Normal

Bearded Igor Blogs

My Best Friend Adeline

  1. Your answers are so good and questions so thought out. Mine I felt weren’t the great but feel proud to be nominated.
Have a great day and keep being you x

  2. This was really fun to read! I’m so sorry for your best friend and I would actually choose to cure that disease as well! I would also love to learn sign language! xx

  3. When people ask me what other language I never thought to say sign language. What a great gift that would be to learn. Compassion is a beautiful thing, often forgotten. I hope to hear it more too! =)
