🏈 Football Season is fast approaching and I couldn’t be more excited. My Carolina Panthers first pre-season game is Thursday night (Aug. 9)! Football means several things in my house, one is that it is loud because I am yelling at the TV and two, it means good food! (It also means my husband’s complaining about me watching too much football…I didn’t even know there could be too much football!)

These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are easy and delicious! They are a perfect Gameday finger food and they are also great to take to any family gathering.

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  6. Chop the steak mixture until peppers and onions are well incorporated with the meat.
  7. Put the steak mixture onto the slider roll bottoms. Spread the meat evenly on each roll.
  8. Break cheese slices into quarters and put 2 squares on top of the meat in each roll.
  9. Put a layer of mayonnaise on the slider roll tops and place the tops on top of the cheese.
  10. Use a brush to spread the melted butter over the top of the sliders.
  11. Cover will aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
